Integrated Logistics Support Plan, ILSP
The main objective of ILSP is to plan the items of
integrated logistics support for weapon systems. By
means of the effective resource managing procedures and
confirmed , analyzed , planned requirement of weapon
systems, then ensure the weapon systems can operate
effectively and keep the readiness under a reasonable
and affordable life-cycle cost.
Our company will follow the rules and guidelines of
integrated logistics support plan of military to tailor
and develop project's ILSP for clients.
Technical Review

According to the
project's contract, we will assist and review
the ILS technical information, documents and
provide our opinions, suggestions and the way of
improvement for technical documentation.

We assist and examine our client's service
bill of material (including part number,
model catalog, blueprint, and manufacturer
information), analysis of maintenance
(regularly and irregularly), resources
needed ( including support equipment, repair
material, technical manual, and training
etc.) and information of FMECA.

According to
the MIL-STD-40051A, we give clients
assistance and examination of the draft
technical books (media format) among
including regularly maintenance regulations
(including item of maintenance and time),
and operation manual etc.

We assist
examination of the initial spare parts,
support and test equipment. And we also help
planning for spare parts , support and test
equipment.

We exam CALS
information system related to the
installation documents.(ex: software
requirements, design and examination)

National Stock Number
Codification
According to 「Procedure for Military of National Stock
Number」, our company exams and also review military
projects and provide verification of the information
(including part number, catalog, model, blueprint, and
company's contact detail) . We also check from NSN
database to find out the part is assigned its number or
not, and provide National Stock Number Codification
service. Finally, we will present list of our suggestion
and soft copy.
1. Verify whether it is assigned by national stock
number?
2. Check if the item name and item name code is suitable
or not?
3. Check whether FSC is suitable or not?
4. Check whether cage code is correct or not?
5. Check if the description of NIIN is complete or not?
Technical Review

According to MIL-STD-38784 and MIL-STD-40051 U.S.
military standard and buyers' requirement, We could assist ours customers
to develop the technical manuals of operator level, unit maintenance level, lubrication intermediate maintenance level, repair parts and special tools list
and depot overhaul level etc.

Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, IETM
We take US Military MIL-PRF-87268, MIL-PRF-87269 to
develop the forth class IETM including operation manual,
maintenance manual, parts manual, lubrication manual,
overhaul manual.
Our company has developed disk version and web version
IETM to respond current market so far.
We can have customized 3D components display function.
Logistics Support Analysis Record, LSAR
We take US army MIL-STD-1388-2B, MIL-PRF-49506 and
MIL-HDBK-502 to develop a logistics support analysis
record database fit for the client.
